Dr. Curtis Schalit is a leading facial cosmetic and aesthetics practitioner dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best through advanced, personalized care. Dr. Schalit specializes in surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation, injectables, skin care, and other cutting-edge aesthetic treatments. Our mission is to provide exceptional patient experiences and results through expertise, innovation, and compassion.

Blue Zone You is our Regenerative Medicine and Longevity brand that will begin operations in Spring 2026. The clinic will offer office-based longevity and regenerative medicine patient care as well as operating a telehealth component.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and elevate our brand presence across digital and traditional channels. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive patient engagement, increase lead generation, and promote the practice’s services, events, and reputation throughout the full range of medical services we provide.

Key Responsibilities:

Referral Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the community as well as referring dental and medical offices.
• Schedule and conduct regular in-person visits, lunch-and-learns, and educational events.
• Manage the referral tracking system and provide feedback reports to leadership.
• Coordinate continuing education (CE) events and practice open houses.

Digital & Content Marketing

• Digital Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email, and SEO.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling content (posts, blogs, newsletters, videos, before-and-after features) that aligns with the practice’s voice and aesthetic.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow the practice’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), including engagement, community management, and analytics.
• Website & SEO: Maintain and update website content; collaborate with vendors or web developers to improve site performance and search visibility.

Brand & Community Outreach

• Represent the practice at community events, dental study clubs, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Develop and distribute branded materials (brochures, referral pads, newsletters, etc.).
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Administrative & Reporting

• Develop quarterly marketing plans and budgets in collaboration with leadership.
• Track ROI for campaigns and referral trends.
• Maintain organized records of outreach activities and marketing assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in aesthetics, medical spa, or healthcare.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (Use of AI for marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, particularly in beauty, health, and aesthetics.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with photography, videography, or content production is a plus.
• Passionate and able to work well with other.
