Position: Marketing Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX (Design District)

Job Description: Join Telios Corporation, a leading engineering, construction management, and industrial firm, as an entry-level Marketing Specialist supporting our teams across multiple offices. In this role, you will work directly with the marketing team to develop and implement creative strategies that strengthen the Telios brand, promote company initiatives, and enhance our market presence across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, design, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and initiatives
• Develop and maintain compelling corporate branding and marketing materials, including collateral, infographics, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content
• Manage digital media content across social media, website, and email marketing platforms, ensuring consistent messaging, voice, and visual identity
• Assist in developing materials for proposals and other marketing-related deliverables supporting our engineering teams and business development efforts
• Organize and coordinate client events, including career fairs, conferences, and internal events
• Conduct industry research and data analytics to help identify trends, track engagement, and support strategy development
• Build and manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure quality and consistency across all marketing channels
• Stay current with marketing trends, social media best practices, and design technologies to continually enhance the firm’s marketing presence

Minimum Criteria

• Must have an undergraduate degree in marketing, advertising/public relations, marketing communications, or related discipline
• A minimum of 1 year and maximum of 5 years of direct work experience as a marketing specialist or similar role is required
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Demonstrated experience with various social media platforms
• Must have a basic understanding of web design, SEO/SEM
