Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print, and events).

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to build targeted marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and conversions.

  • Ensure adherence to Quality, Health & Safety, Information Security, and Business Continuity policies.

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.

  • Develop engaging content for brochures, presentations, websites, social media, and promotional materials.

  • Coordinate with internal design teams and external agencies to produce marketing collateral.

  • Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms.

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing initiatives.

  • Monitor website analytics, social media metrics, and campaign performance to optimize strategies.

  • Handle email marketing campaigns, including content creation and audience segmentation.

  • Engage with online communities and respond to inquiries or feedback promptly.

  • Coordinate company participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

  • Build partnerships with media outlets and industry influencers to strengthen brand visibility.

  • Draft and distribute press releases and corporate announcements.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, behaviors, and emerging industry trends.

  • Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager or Tender Trustee as required for business needs.

  • Support internal people development initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Professional certifications in digital marketing or analytics are an added advantage.

Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, CRM systems).

  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation.

  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva/Adobe Suite) is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop insights.

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and email marketing tools.
