Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print, and events).
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to build targeted marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and conversions.
Ensure adherence to Quality, Health & Safety, Information Security, and Business Continuity policies.
Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.
Develop engaging content for brochures, presentations, websites, social media, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with internal design teams and external agencies to produce marketing collateral.
Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing initiatives.
Monitor website analytics, social media metrics, and campaign performance to optimize strategies.
Handle email marketing campaigns, including content creation and audience segmentation.
Engage with online communities and respond to inquiries or feedback promptly.
Coordinate company participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Build partnerships with media outlets and industry influencers to strengthen brand visibility.
Draft and distribute press releases and corporate announcements.
Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, behaviors, and emerging industry trends.
Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities.
Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager or Tender Trustee as required for business needs.
Support internal people development initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.
Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications in digital marketing or analytics are an added advantage.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, CRM systems).
Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva/Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop insights.
Familiarity with CMS platforms and email marketing tools.
