Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid ads, content).
- Content Creation: Write, edit, publish, and promote engaging content (blogs, social posts, email copy).
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze marketing data and trends to measure campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Brand Building: Implement strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Market Research: Gather market data and customer feedback to inform strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
- Budget Management: Track and manage marketing budgets for specific projects or channels.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (sales, design) to align marketing efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5+ years in marketing, with experience in digital/traditional channels.
- Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with SEO, social media, email marketing, and ad platforms.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Soft Skills: Strong organization, time management, multitasking, and teamwork.
