Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining Mon Health System's digital platforms and social media presence with fresh, appealing and accurate content in support of the organization’s mission and goals.

Responsibilities

Creative Content Development
Serves as the primary resource for the creation and posting of brand-aligned content that positively positions Mon Health System and its business entities in local communities. Stays current with digital trends and technology developments. Leads process for integrating content between all digital platforms.

Planning & Research
Works with the Marketing Manager to plan, develop, and implement targeted campaigns that provide ROI based on strategic goals. Researches and curates industry-specific trends and monitors competitive initiatives relevant to shared audiences. Involved in reporting and data analysis to inform content decision-making and maintains cross-functional content calendars and engagement tracking.

Relationship Building
Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Educates and informs employees on how to contribute content to the Marketing team for recognition. Develops relationships with outside vendors to enhance consumer journey.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Light Work: Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 lbs. with a maximum lifting of 25 lbs.

Two to three years of experience creating digital content for a brand, working with a standard content management system and professional experience with leading social and/or digital media platforms. Superior writing skills; prefer some coding knowledge, experience in graphic design, video production, or Photoshop. Ability to multitask and monitor several projects and accounts on a daily basis. Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively. Ability to take initiative to develop new strategies and outside-the-box ideas.
