Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist will support COFE’s brand growth and user acquisition in Saudi Arabia by executing integrated marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. The role focuses on strengthening brand presence, driving engagement, and supporting localized campaigns and partnerships in alignment with COFE’s tech-driven, lifestyle positioning across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage social media content and community engagement to boost brand visibility.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
• Identify partnership opportunities with local cafes and influencers.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or brand management.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Passion for coffee culture and tech-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Bilingual (very efficient in both Arabic & English- both written and spoken)
• Culturally aware of the Kuwaiti lifestyle and market
• Has experience in both offline and online marketing
• Has at least basic of graphic design skills in order to amend designs where needed
