Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing strategies across our F&B retail outlets. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, creativity, and a results-driven mindset to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive footfall, brand awareness, and

sales across multiple F&B outlets.

• Plan and manage seasonal promotions, new product launches, and outlet-specific

marketing initiatives.

• Coordinate digital marketing activities including social media, website updates, email

marketing, and online advertising.

• Work closely with operations and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all

customer touchpoints.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

for growth.

• Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and media partners for advertising and

promotional activities.

• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare monthly performance

reports.

• Develop local community engagement and partnership programs to strengthen brand

presence.

• Monitor customer feedback and support loyalty and retention initiatives
