About the Role


A leading retail organization is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial performance. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.

As part of the organization’s local workforce development strategy, this position is designated for Kuwaiti Nationals .


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including content, creative, social media, and commercial teams
  • Assist in developing campaign calendars, briefs, and marketing materials
  • Monitor campaign performance and support reporting on key metrics and outcomes
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to support campaign optimization
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing outputs


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing, brand, or campaign coordination role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing tools is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
