Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and analyze social media campaigns using tracking systems to gather visitor data, assess effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with other departments to develop social media timelines aligned with new product launches, advertising campaigns, and brand messaging.
- Monitor and prepare reports on competitor activities within social media platforms.
- Oversee management of all company social media accounts in coordination with the digital media teams.
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competitive activities.
- Initiate and manage surveys to assess customer requirements and engagement.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
- Audit and analyze social media presence, including digital advertising costs and returns.
- To perform any other task assigned by the departmental heads.
