Job Purpose:
The Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance RCH Qatar’s brand presence, attract potential clients, and support business growth across our consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels (website, digital, social media, events, etc.) to promote RCH Qatar services.
- Create engaging content for website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing campaigns by leading brainstorming sessions for internal and external projects
- Help gather and analyze data to reach insights about brands, competitors, and trends
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goals
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Maintain brand consistency in all communications and marketing materials.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in consultancy, professional services, or B2B sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent communication AR and EN, writing, and presentation skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Qatari market and business environment is an advantage.
