Role Description

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Maadi, Egypt. This role focuses on executing marketing activities that support user engagement, brand visibility, and VIP user retention across our platforms.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, data-aware, and passionate about building impactful marketing experiences in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Assist in VIP user engagement and retention activities
• Coordinate with internal teams (content, operations, and product) to align marketing efforts
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports and insights
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications
• Support market research and competitor analysis
• Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on marketing activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal English skills (B2+ minimum)
• Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand support is preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Maadi

Pay: E£12,000.00 - E£17,000.00 per month
