The position is responsible for planning & establishing sales potential, customer requirements, promoting products and services, leading to sales and orders for products and services, using marketing skills, sales experience and relationships, and technical knowledge with the objective to achieve corporate sales objectives within the limits of Sales Strategy.
Key Responsibility areas & activities
1. Marketing Strategy Development
- Develop & execute comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing plans to increase visibility and sales for Showaiter Delights, bakery, and event management services.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and create tailored multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach them effectively.
2. Brand Management
- Oversee overall brand positioning, voice, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all marketing channels, physical locations, and customer touchpoints.
- Manage the development and production of all promotional materials, including brochures, menus, signage, and digital content.
3. New Product & Packaging Development
- Lead the end-to-end introduction of new menu items & innovative packaging, from ideation to launch.
- Conduct market research and collaborate with R&D & culinary teams to align new offerings with trends & customer demands.
4. Sales Growth Initiatives
- Analyze sales data, market trends, & customer feedback to identify actionable opportunities for revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the management team to set ambitious but achievable sales targets & develop concrete strategies to hit them.
5. Promotional & Campaign Coordination
- Plan & execute seasonal offerings, giveaways, limited-time promotions, & loyalty programs.
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to develop engaging content calendars, paid campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote special events, catering services, & corporate functions.
6. Customer Relationship Management
- Build/maintain strong relationships with key customers, corporate clients, suppliers, & event planners.
7. Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Manage and enhance the company's online presence, including website content, SEO/SEM strategy, social media accounts, and online review management.
8. Merchandising & Display Optimization
- Develop creative concepts for in-store & shelf displays to maximize visual appeal & drive impulse purchases.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure planogram compliance & optimal product placement.
9. Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct ongoing market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences.
- Use data analytics to measure campaign ROI, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, or food retail industry.
- Proven track record in developing marketing strategies, launching products, and driving measurable sales growth.
