Sales Executive

Job description:

Hotel Sales Executive – Solymar Hotel

Solymar Hotel is seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Executive to join its Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales and a proven ability to drive revenue across Corporate, Leisure, Groups, and MICE segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote the hotel’s rooms, outlets, and services to maximize revenue

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners

Identify and secure new business opportunities while managing existing accounts

Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site inspections

Negotiate rates and contracts in line with hotel policies and revenue strategy

Coordinate closely with Revenue, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support sales growth

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales (mandatory)

Proven success in achieving sales targets within a hotel environment

Strong understanding of hotel market segments (Corporate, Leisure, Groups, MICE)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Knowledge of the Bahrain market is a strong advantage
