The Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth through demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and full-funnel optimization. The role focuses on executing performance-driven marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads, improve funnel efficiency, and directly contribute to revenue outcomes, while operating under defined growth strategies and brand frameworks
Lead growth marketing initiatives focused on acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
Own and optimize the end-to-end customer journey and marketing funnel
Drive qualified leads and support revenue targets.
Own digital channels and improve acquisition efficiency.
Enhance site traffic and landing page conversions.
Track KPIs, analyze performance, and guide decisions.
Collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality and ABM initiatives
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business and growth objectives
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
(3-6+) years of experience in Growth or Performance Marketing (B2B preferred).
Have experience using HubSpot, GA4, CRM systems, analytics tools.
