Marketing Specialist

Duties

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan, develop, and execute social media marketing strategies
• Graphic design
• Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Write compelling captions aligned with brand voice and current campaigns
• Coordinate website content with social media promotions to ensure consistent messaging
• Support the promotion of tours, special events, partnerships, and seasonal offerings
• Brainstorm creative campaign ideas to increase brand awareness and bookings

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Facebook Advertising tools, and email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages tailored for diverse audiences.
• Experience in B2B (business-to-business) marketing environments is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• A strategic mindset for developing innovative campaigns within budget constraints.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
