Vonachen Group is looking to hire a Marketing Specialist in Peoria, IL.

The Marketing Specialist plays a key part in supporting and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, drive engagement, and support revenue growth. The Marketing Specialist works closely with the Director of Marketing to implement campaigns, maintain brand consistency, support sales efforts, and contribute to company-wide marketing initiatives. This position offers hands-on exposure to multiple areas of marketing within a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Support corporate brand stewardship by maintaining consistent visual and messaging standards across departments
Assist in graphic design, photography, and videography efforts for print, digital, and social media platforms
Execute corporate marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and advertising initiatives
Develop customized sales enablement tools including proposals, case studies, presentations, and testimonials
Support logo development and creative asset production
Assist in managing website content and SEO-driven storytelling
Support internal communication initiatives to promote company milestones, culture, and alignment
Contribute to preserving and integrating company heritage and history into modern messaging
Support implementation of content strategies that position Vonachen Group as an industry leader
Develop and manage content calendars across social media, email, and digital platforms
Create engaging written, visual, and video content tailored to diverse audiences
Assist in planning and executing corporate charitable and community-focused events
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Skills & Abilities:

Strong proficiency in Canva and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple audiences
Experience with social media management and email marketing platforms
Familiarity with website CMS platforms and basic SEO principles
Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Experience using generative AI tools for marketing efficiency
Highly organized with strong project management skills
Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
1–3 years of marketing experience (internship experience considered)
Portfolio of creative work (design, writing, or video samples) preferred

Physical Requirements:

Stand and walk for extended periods
Frequent bending and twisting
Able to lift, push & pull up to 50 lbs
Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends for events if needed
