Position Summary:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and supporting marketing initiatives for Norlee Group across digital, web, email, and event-based channels. This role focuses on the implementation of defined marketing campaigns, coordination of trade shows and events, development and maintenance of marketing content, execution of email and CRM-based campaigns through HubSpot, and tracking and reporting of marketing performance metrics. The Marketing Specialist works under the direction of the Director of Marketing and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with established goals.
This position is full time on site in the Jacksonville office.

Education and/or Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred. 2–4 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or digital marketing role is required.

Language/Interpersonal/Leadership Skills:
The successful candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of Norlee Group. The role requires clear, professional communication, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels. The ability to read and interpret marketing briefs, brand guidelines, and performance reports is essential.
Mathematical Skills:
Basic mathematical skills are required, including the ability to work with percentages, ratios, and performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and lead tracking data.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. Experience with HubSpot CRM, email marketing platforms, content management systems (CMS), website analytics tools, and graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is required.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and office equipment. The employee may occasionally lift or move materials up to 15 pounds, particularly in support of marketing events. Vision requirements include close vision and the ability to review digital content for accuracy and quality.
