We're looking for a Marketing Specialist (Campaigns & CRM) who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves turning insights into high-performing campaigns.
This role sits at the intersection of creative marketing and data-driven execution, owning the full lifecycle of CRM led campaigns while working closely with cross functional teams.
You'll play a key role in audience segmentation, personalization, and performance optimization, ensuring our campaigns reach the right users, with the right message, at the right time.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Own end-to-end campaign execution: ideation, build, launch, and optimization across Email, Push Notifications, SMS, Social, and In-App channels.
- Develop creative campaign hooks and messaging that align with brand identity while driving engagement and conversions.
- Rapidly deploy seasonal, promotional, and reactionary campaigns based on business priorities and market trends.
CRM & Audience Segmentation
- Build and manage granular user segments based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and preferences using CRM platforms.
- Create personalized user journeys and messaging paths to improve retention, engagement, and LTV.
- Run continuous A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, content, and CTAs to optimize performance.
Data, Insights & Collaboration
- Monitor campaign performance and translate KPIs into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Product, Sales, and Growth teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Present post-campaign analysis and contribute to ongoing strategy improvements.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of hands on experience in CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or digital campaigns.
- Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Braze, or similar.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategic actions.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable working in a high growth, fast paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive.
- Nice to Have: Experience working with mobile apps or product led growth environments.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms and attribution tools.
- Experience running lifecycle or retention focused campaigns.
