In this role, you will support the execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives that strengthen the brand, inform members, and drive engagement. Working under the direction of the Marketing Director and in collaboration with internal partners, you will assist with content development, email marketing campaigns, and day-to-day marketing operations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys writing and developing marketing content, managing multiple projects, and supporting campaigns across digital and print channels while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Development and Brand Messaging

  • Write and edit brand-aligned content for email campaigns, newsletters, blogs, website pages, digital banners, and online banking platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and style across all marketing communications.
  • Edit and proofread content to maintain clarity, accuracy, and quality standards.

Email Marketing and Digital Campaign Support

  • Assist with the execution of email marketing campaigns including drafting subject lines, preview text, body copy, and calls to action.
  • Support campaign builds, testing, scheduling, and updates within email marketing platforms.
  • Utilize platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation tools to support campaign execution.

Marketing Operations and Project Coordination

  • Support day-to-day marketing operations by managing incoming marketing requests and assisting with project timelines.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and documentation related to campaigns and content development.
  • Coordinate company storefront operations including inventory management, promotional items, and vendor coordination as needed.

Creative and Campaign Support

  • Collaborate with designers or utilize basic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to create simple marketing materials including email headers, flyers, and digital graphics while following brand guidelines.
  • Assist with the development of print and collateral materials such as brochures, in-branch signage, direct mail pieces, and other campaign-related assets.
  • Build and maintain an organized library of marketing assets including copy, images, testimonials, and creative files.

Social Media and Digital Presence

  • Support execution of the monthly social media calendar by drafting captions, coordinating approvals, and scheduling content.
  • Assist in maintaining consistent messaging and brand alignment across digital channels.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support marketing initiatives and departmental priorities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Two to four years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels.
  • Experience supporting or executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platforms preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Understanding of brand identity and visual design principles.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms including content management systems, email marketing systems, or online banking advertising platforms preferred.
  • Experience supporting print production and marketing collateral development.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in credit unions, banking, or financial services preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, or Trello preferred.

The pay range for this position is listed above. Our pay ranges are designed to allow for candidates with various levels of experience and skill to be considered, and to allow room for growth to be achieved in a role over time. Generally, new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their individual combination of experience, knowledge, skills, and education as well as internal equity.

Compensation: $66,560.00 - $83,852.00
