We are seeking a creative, motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team at one of the fastest-growing prosthetic patient care companies in the country. With a strong national presence and a mission centered on exceptional patient care, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through storytelling, community engagement, and brand growth.

In this role, you will support both digital marketing efforts and internal communication initiatives, helping strengthen brand awareness and employee connection across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement
  • Write and publish blog content to educate and inform patients, referral partners, and internal teams
  • Create engaging content including videos, graphics, and other multimedia materials
  • Manage and grow social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn
  • Plan, coordinate, and support marketing and community events
  • Create and coordinate marketing materials for events, campaigns, and internal initiatives
  • Write and produce a monthly newsletter to keep staff informed, connected, and engaged
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to highlight company updates, milestones, and employee stories
  • Monitor and analyze social media, website, and campaign performance to optimize results
  • Identify partnership, sponsorship, and collaboration opportunities to expand brand reach
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
  • Support email marketing, SEO, and digital advertising initiatives
  • Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in digital marketing; healthcare or medical experience is a plus
  • Strong writing skills with experience creating blogs, newsletters, and marketing content
  • Proven content creation skills, including video and visual storytelling
  • Experience managing social media platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for healthcare and improving the lives of prosthetic patients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
