Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, content creation, and analytics to optimize campaigns and achieve measurable results.

Duties

• Develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and print advertising to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage content marketing initiatives including blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions using copywriting skills.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts including Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other paid media campaigns.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Marketing automation, and other analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Maintain and update the company website using WordPress and basic HTML coding as needed.
• Coordinate with sales teams on advertising sales strategies and support product management initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in B2B marketing and e-commerce environments.
• Manage budgets for various marketing projects ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with creative teams using the Adobe Creative Suite to produce engaging visual content for digital and print media.
• Stay current with industry trends in performance marketing, digital marketing, and emerging technologies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, Business administration or a closely related field +2 years of experience or master's degree +1 year of experience.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
