Kenworth Northeast is looking for a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is a hands-on, execution-focused position responsible for creating and deploying a wide range of marketing assets across both digital and physical channels. The ideal candidate is a creative generalist who can work effectively and independently, managing multiple projects from concept to completion. The pay rate for this role is $31-33.50/hour

Proven experience in a marketing, communications, or design role, preferably in a generalist or coordinator capacity.

Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools).

Demonstrated ability to write clear, compelling, and error-free copy.

Familiarity with various social media platforms and best practices.

Experience with basic website CMS platforms

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

A strong history of working independently and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.

Experience in:
- InDesign, Photoshop, HubSpot, SharePoint, Office 365 (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Content & Digital Marketing Execution

Content Creation: Draft compelling copy for various purposes, including social media posts, website announcements, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.

Graphic Design: Create visually engaging marketing materials, including social media graphics, email headers, digital ads, and website images, while maintaining brand consistency.

Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and publish content across all company social media platforms; monitor engagement and respond to inquiries as needed.

Website Updates: Execute routine updates, content edits, and image changes on the company website using HubSpot’s Content Management System.
Physical & Facilities Collateral

Signage Production: Design and coordinate the production of physical signs, including facilities signage, directional signs, and informational posters.

Point-of-Purchase (POP) Materials: Design and manage the creation of in-store or on-site marketing materials, such as promotional displays, counter signs, and flyers.
Project Management & Independence

Manage a dynamic workflow of various creative and administrative tasks, ensuring all projects are completed accurately and on time.

Work independently to prioritize tasks and troubleshoot issues, escalating to leadership only when necessary for strategy or budget approval.

Ensure all marketing materials—both digital and physical—adhere strictly to established brand guidelines and quality standards.
