Job Overview

Al Aliah International Contracting & Real Estate is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist with strong experience in real estate marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, creating engaging visual content, and managing the company’s social media presence to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage real estate marketing campaigns and promotions
• Create high-quality graphic and visual content for listings, projects, and promotions
• Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Develop engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos aligned with market trends
• Promote properties, off-plan projects, and company branding across digital platforms
• Coordinate with sales and management teams to support lead generation
• Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on insights
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience in real estate marketing (mandatory)
• Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools)
• Hands-on experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media algorithms
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

UAE driving license is a plus
