Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, enhancing communication with customers, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will collaborate with the team to develop and implement creative campaigns to promote our digital solutions, helping brands achieve their goals through innovative outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication for building and maintaining client relationships
• Proven experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development
• Understanding of Sales processes and experience in supporting sales teams
• Customer Service expertise to ensure effective and professional client interactions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment with self-discipline and time management
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the digital or tech industry is a plus
• Proficiency in digital tools and marketing analytics is an advantage
