Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:


Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, support sales objectives, and promote the company’s products and services. This role focuses on executing marketing initiatives, managing digital and traditional marketing activities, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels.


Responsibilities :


  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support business goals and increase brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to create effective marketing materials and promotional content.
  • Manage the company’s social media platforms and monitor online engagement.
  • Assist in creating content for advertisements, brochures, presentations, newsletters, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the organization and execution of marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with company branding guidelines.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, customer records, and campaign tracking reports.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, media partners, and marketing suppliers when required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, marketing tools, and best practices.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, property management, or a related industry.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage staff and interact with clients.
  • Ability to handle physical setup and management of booths, including lifting and arranging marketing materials.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic event management software.
