About the Role
The Specialist – Marketing supports the planning and execution of ZOI wholesale marketing initiatives, including pricing and market analysis, promotional campaigns, and brand positioning. The role contributes to strengthening commercial competitiveness, driving business growth, and reinforcing the company’s brand and corporate image in alignment with strategic objectives.
This position is based in our Dubai office and is offered on a
6-month contract
, renewable based on mutual agreement between both parties.
Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Campaign Management

Develop and execute marketing plans for products, services, and business initiatives.

Support the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.

Contribute to the development of campaign concepts, messaging, and communication materials.

Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with brand standards and business priorities.

Coordinate the timely implementation of approved campaigns and promotional activities.
2. Market Research & Product / Service Positioning

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.

Monitor competitor offerings, market developments, and customer expectations on a regular basis.

Support the positioning and promotion of products and services based on market demand and competitive landscape.

Gather and analyze market feedback to support continuous improvement of offerings and campaigns.

Contribute insights and recommendations to enhance product visibility and market competitiveness.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support the smooth implementation of marketing and commercial initiatives.

Prepare internal and external communication materials, presentations, and official correspondence as required.

Facilitate effective communication between business teams and support functions to meet business requirements.

Support cross-functional alignment for campaigns, pricing changes, product updates, and promotional activities.

Contribute to the development and adherence of internal marketing and communication processes.
4. Reporting
-
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on marketing activities, and market insights.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pricing references, campaign plans, and supporting documentation.

Provide regular updates to line management on progress, opportunities, and implementation challenges.
Education / Certifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Relevant professional certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or Telecom Commercial / Pricing is an advantage.
Experience
-
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, market research, or commercial analysis in the telecom space is preferred.

Experience in campaign management, promotional activities, and brand initiatives is required.
Knowledge / Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of marketing, campaign management, and promotional planning
