A fast-growing proptech and fintech startup redefining the rental experience in Saudi Arabia is hiring a creative, execution-focused Marketing Specialist to support campaigns across digital, social, partnerships, events, and customer communications.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

Create and coordinate content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, WhatsApp campaigns, blogs and landing pages

Coordinate with designers, agencies, and external partners

Support partnership launches, activations, and co-marketing campaigns

Help manage social media calendars and publishing schedules

Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports

Support event planning, activations, and brand collaborations
-
Stay updated on social trends, competitor activity, and cultural moments

Work closely with product and CX teams to ensure marketing messaging aligns with customer experience

Contribute ideas for creative campaigns, content series, and growth experiments

2–4 years of experience in marketing, social media, content, or communications
-
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital culture

Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment

Creative thinker with an execution mindset

Experience with tools such as Canva, Figma, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, and Notion (preferred)

Experience in startups, proptech, fintech, or tech is a plus

Bonus: experience managing influencer or partnership campaigns, understanding of performance marketing metrics, ability to create short-form content concepts and scripts, deep familiarity with Saudi culture and online behavior
