Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and creative marketing professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This role requires someone capable of developing marketing strategies, analyzing market opportunities, creating high-quality content, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and helping position both the company and leadership team effectively.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, commercially aware, digitally skilled, and capable of managing multiple brands, projects, and campaigns simultaneously. This is not a basic social media management role. We are looking for someone who understands branding, customer psychology, digital growth, content strategy, and modern marketing ecosystems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple company projects and business divisions
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on brand growth, lead generation, and audience engagement
- Create and oversee high-quality content including videos, graphics, presentations, social media content, and promotional materials
- Take ownership of the company’s digital presence and brand positioning across multiple channels
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing and communication channels
- Monitor campaign performance, analytics, and industry trends to optimize marketing effectiveness
- Support and enhance company and executive branding initiatives
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, media partners, and content creators when required
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality execution and meeting deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven 5 years experience in marketing, branding, or digital strategy roles
- Strong understanding of modern digital marketing and multi-channel campaign execution to multi-lingual target audience
- Experience with AI tools, content creation, basic video editing, basic photography, and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, analytics, and audience growth
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities in English and any additional language will be an added advantage but not mandatory
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities independently with less or no supervision
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience in technology, blockchain, e-commerce, and IT infrastructure
- Work experience in a startup environment is an advantage
