What You'll Be Doing:

• Support in executing brand-building campaigns that ensure Boutiqaat voice is bold, consistent, and unforgettable
• Collect and analyze customer insight data to identify opportunities for campaign improvement
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative content, promotions, and event concepts
• Assist in content creation for marketing material and digital promotions
• Support marketing activities related to key categories like beauty, fashion, fragrances, and sports
• Collaborate with category managers on product launches and promotional events.
• Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness across digital platforms
• Prepare presentations for product launches and campaign results
• Track trends and customer engagement to optimize strategy.
• Manage Asana marketing calendars for men’s and women’s categories
• Coordinate in-app visual and text marketing content (homepages, push notifications, etc.)
• Host weekly meetings with internal teams to align marketing goals

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in marketing or social media
• Professional marketing certification is a plus
• Excellent bilingual communication (Arabic & English)
• Creative thinker with an analytical edge
• Strong grasp of market research, data interpretation, and campaign evaluation
• Familiarity with social media trends, CMS platforms, and presentation tools
• Able to pitch ideas, speak confidently in meetings, and drive collaborative discussions
