Key Responsibilities

Execute the strategic direction and business objectives set by headquarters, ensuring the achievement of assigned sales targets across multiple dimensions, including country, customer segment, industry, and profitability.

Develop and implement medium-term and annual business plans, driving key initiatives in market expansion, product development, and brand promotion.

Identify emerging market and category opportunities, and lead category growth strategies to strengthen market competitiveness.

Establish and enhance the brand’s market positioning and visibility within target markets.

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.

Develop and manage customer relationships and sales channels to support sustainable business growth.

Formulate and execute pricing, sales, and promotional strategies aligned with market conditions and company objectives.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure effective execution of marketing and sales initiatives.

Analyze market performance and sales data to generate insights and support strategic decision-making.
Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, English, or a related field.

Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably within an international or fast-paced business environment.

Strong knowledge of traditional marketing, digital marketing, customer acquisition and management, market research, and data analysis.

Proven ability to develop and implement effective business and marketing strategies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable plans.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
