We are looking for a
Marketing Specialist
to support brand activation, campaign management, and lead generation. You will work closely with the internal marketing team and, when required, the central marketing hub to plan, execute, and optimize marketing programs across digital and event channels.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and track marketing programs including email, social media, website, digital campaigns, and events

Collaborate with the internal marketing team and central marketing hub (as needed)

Create and design new layouts and brand promotional visuals for multiple platforms

Assist with video capturing and photo shoots to promote brands on social media platforms

Maintain a monthly communication scorecard, reporting results with findings, recommendations, and insights

Deliver the required number of leads per month to support sales objectives

Create and maintain a local asset bank to support monthly social content posting

Analyze and report on campaign performance, efficiency, response rates, feedback, and inquiries, and identify improvement opportunities

Assist with planning and budgeting for marketing activities and branding Corporate Identity (CI) quarterly and yearly (per manufacturer guidelines)

Ensure business marketing objectives are achieved and documented as success stories

Ensure branding and CI are up to date across business facilities to meet principal audit requirements

Conduct market research to identify trends and market opportunities to improve sales performance

Update customer data capture platforms such as Salesforce

Identify areas for improvement within scope of work and implement corrective actions, best practices, technology, and automation to drive efficiency gains
Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant degree

2–4 years of experience in a relevant role
