MARKETING SPECIALIST

Kaya Clinic is looking for a creative and energetic Marketing & Social Media Specialist- Female to join our team and help create engaging content that showcases our treatments, expertise, and patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, shoot, and create content across Kaya clinics.

· Manage and maintain the social media content calendar and posting schedule.

· Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other social platforms.

· Appear on camera and confidently speak about Kaya’s services, treatments, and campaigns.

· Appear in brand content as required.

· Arabic and English speaker is a must.

· Plan and manage brand partnerships.

· Coordinate content shoots with doctors, specialists, and clinic teams.

· Reach out to and manage UGC creators and influencers to generate authentic content.

· Brief creators, oversee content delivery, and ensure brand guidelines are followed.

· Monitor content performance and identify trends and opportunities for growth.

· Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and promotions.

Requirements

· 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role.

· Comfortable showing your face and speaking on camera.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.

· Brand partnership experience.

· Experience planning and executing content shoots.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Experience working with influencers and UGC creators is a plus.

· Interest in beauty, skincare, aesthetics, or healthcare marketing is preferred.
