Marketing Specialist & Account Manager

Our services include SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, branding, and web development. We are expanding our team and seeking a talented Marketing Specialist & Account Manager to handle marketing operations and client communication.

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Specialist & Account Manager with strong experience managing international clients and delivering digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will oversee client accounts, develop and execute marketing strategies, and ensure successful project delivery across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with international clients.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
• Oversee and deliver services including:
• SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
• Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Social Media Marketing & Content Planning
• Branding & Creative Direction
• Web Development coordination and project management
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of all projects.
• Optimize ongoing campaigns based on KPIs and best practices.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• Work proactively to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience working in the international market.
• Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, SMM, branding, and web development workflows.
• Prior experience handling client accounts and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication & client management skills in English.
• Must be able to work Canadian & US timezones.
• Must be available 6 days a week.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
