Marketing Specialist - Arabic Speaker

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to manage all marketing and advertising activities for our real estate company. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and developing strategies to promote the company’s projects and services in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns for the company’s real estate projects.

Create and execute advertising strategies (digital, social media, print, outdoor, etc.).

Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) with engaging and targeted content.

Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and online ads.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports to management.

Build and maintain relationships with media, agencies, and advertising platforms.

Organize and promote events such as property exhibitions, open houses, and recruitment campaigns.

Support sales team by providing marketing tools and qualified leads.
