This is a unique role for a skilled marketing automation professional. We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist with deep, hands-on experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub.
Your mission will be to bring your expertise in building sophisticated automation, nurturing leads, and analyzing campaign performance to our team. While your experience is in HubSpot, you will quickly become a power user of our own industry-leading WebEngage platform, applying your foundational skills to showcase the art of the possible and drive our own marketing efforts. You'll play a key role in managing our email marketing strategy from conception to completion.

Campaign Management: Design, build, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, and promotional content.

Marketing Automation: Develop and manage complex automated workflows for lead nurturing, user onboarding, re-engagement, and more, leveraging your experience from platforms like HubSpot.

Segmentation & Personalization: Utilize our powerful CDP to create granular user segments and deliver hyper-personalized email content that drives engagement and conversion.

A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test and optimize every aspect of our email program—from subject lines and CTAs to send times and personalization tactics—to improve key metrics like open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates (CR).

Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, create dashboards, and deliver regular reports with actionable insights to marketing leadership.

Platform Mastery: Become an internal expert and champion for the WebEngage platform, demonstrating best practices for the entire marketing team.

Core Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in an email marketing or marketing automation role.

HubSpot Proficiency: Proven, expert-level experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub is a must. You should be comfortable building complex workflows, managing contact properties, creating active lists, and reporting on performance within HubSpot.

Analytical Skills: A strong analytical mindset with the ability to dig into data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Copywriting Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy that converts.

Tech Savviness: A quick learner who is excited to master new software platforms. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email is a plus.
