Position Overview:

We're seeking a creative, strategic and data-driven Marketing Specialist to lead initiatives across both B2B and DTC channels. This person will help shape Phamatech's presence in the clinical, rehab, telehealth, forensic drugs of abuse and self-care wellness Markets-developing campaigns that educate, inspire and convert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for Phamatech's clinical, forensic and wellness divisions
  • Manage digital marketing across email, social media, and paid ads (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, other social media)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to launch and promote new diagnostic and wellness products
  • Create compelling content- blog posts, case studies, email funnels and landing pages
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversion
  • Support sales efforts with tailored marketing materials and lead-generation assets
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all Phamatech and partner platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy, or a strong willingness to learn
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with attention to scientific accuracy
  • Creative thinker who can blend clinical precision with consumer-friendly messaging

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Technical marketing degree is preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
