We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Entry-level Marketing Specialist to support internal marketing execution across four locations: Sandy UT, Chicago, Seattle, and Austin.

Location: AlphaGraphics Sandy, Utah

Periodic travel to Austin (TX), Seattle (WA), Chicago (IL)

Role Overview

You will support marketing efforts across four AlphaGraphics locations (Chicago, Seattle, Sandy, and Austin), developing campaigns, creating content for print, social and web and supporting sales initiatives that directly drive revenue.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate early-career marketer who wants to learn fast, produce real work, and have a direct business impact.

How This Role Works

  • You’ll be a full-time employee based in Sandy, UT working primarily from that location
  • You’ll support four markets (Sandy, Chicago, Seattle, Austin) on a rotating weekly schedule focusing on one market at a time. Sandy-based work will be done on-site, while support for other markets is typically handled remotely from your desk in the Sandy location
  • Each week you’ll execute marketing campaigns and support sales initiatives for the location you are focusing on for the week
  • You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple markets and campaign types
  • Clear priorities and direction are provided, with opportunity to take ownership and contribute ideas
  • This structure is designed to accelerate your learning by exposing you to a wide range of real-world marketing activities early in your career.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Lead Generation

  • Develop local marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, CRM and social channels
  • Coordinate timelines to ensure campaigns launch on schedule
  • Support lead generation, customer reactivation, and pipeline growth

Content Creation

  • Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
  • Develop marketing assets including:
  • Social media posts and website content
  • Email, Print, and Direct Mail campaigns
  • Sales collateral and case studies
  • Maintain brand consistency across all content

Digital & Social Media Management

  • Manage and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Update website content, landing pages, and promotions
  • Support digital advertising efforts as needed

Print, Events & Local Marketing

  • Assist in the creation of print materials (flyers, signage, brochures)
  • Coordinate with internal production teams and external vendors
  • Support trade shows, events, and community outreach initiatives

Sales Enablement

  • Create proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Support prospecting, referral programs, and outreach campaigns
  • Assist with messaging and positioning for sales initiatives

Market Research & Performance Tracking

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform execution
  • Track campaign performance and lead generation activity
  • Maintain organized documentation of marketing efforts across locations

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work cross-functionally with design, production, sales, and leadership teams
  • Adapt marketing efforts to meet the needs of each local market
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities across locations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience (internships and school projects count!)
  • Experience creating and editing video content (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn

Preferred

  • Experience in printing, signage, or promotional products industry
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (PrintSpeak, PlanProphet, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or PowerPoint
  • Basic graphic design and email marketing experience
  • Exposure to multi-location or local marketing environments
