Marketing Specialist – Events & Networking (UK/US/Europians)

We are seeking a creative and result-driven Marketing Specialist to lead marketing initiatives with a strong focus on networking channels and event-based marketing. The role involves driving brand visibility, audience engagement, and membership growth through structured campaigns and tier-based events.

Candidates with a European professional background or strong exposure to European business culture and networks will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, content, etc.)
• Organize and execute tier-based networking events and business meetups
• Represent the company in professional networking platforms (e.g., BNI or similar)
• Drive membership acquisition through marketing initiatives
• Create and manage marketing content and promotional materials
• Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels
• Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing (events, digital, or brand marketing)
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• European market exposure or professional background is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously
• UAE experience is an advantage

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per hour
