A dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist – F&B is required to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue across food and beverage outlets. The role focuses on campaign management, digital marketing, promotions, and brand positioning within the Food & Beverage environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote F&B outlets, offers, and events.
- Coordinate seasonal promotions, product launches, and special dining experiences.
- Support the development of marketing calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure all marketing activities reflect brand standards and positioning.
- Manage and update social media platforms with engaging F&B content.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots for menus, promotions, and events.
- Develop marketing copy for menus, newsletters, website, and promotional materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Support influencer collaborations and partnership activations.
- Ensure all outlet information is accurate across digital platforms.
- Assist in reputation management and online review responses.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing within the Food & Beverage (F&B), hospitality, or restaurant industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Experience in campaign planning and execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic design knowledge is an advantage.
