Marketing Specialist (Female)

An Education & Study Abroad Consultancy is seeking a dynamic, confident, and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our growing Study Abroad & Student Visa Consultancy team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about marketing, student engagement, and helping students explore international education opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, building relationships with educational institutions, engaging with prospective students, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Location: DHA Phase 4, Lahore (Onsite)

Experience: Fresh Graduates to 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Provide creative direction to designers for social media campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
• Manage social media platforms, content calendars, audience engagement, and campaign execution.
• Recruit, train, and manage brand ambassadors to strengthen brand awareness and outreach.
• Prepare weekly reports on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and growth opportunities.
• Collect, organize, and analyze student data to improve outreach and engagement strategies.
• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
• Conduct follow-up calls with prospective students and assist them throughout the inquiry process.
• Attend university trainings and workshops to stay updated on trends and program information.
• Design and manage internship programs for students interested in international opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fresh graduates can be considered, provided they possess excellent communication skills, a strong academic background, and demonstrate professionalism and confidence.
• Candidates from reputable universities such LUMS, FAST, LSE, NUST, COMSATS, UET, IBA, GIKI, Bahria University, and other well-recognized institutions will be preferred.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
