We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support the growth and visibility of our home care agency in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enhancing community engagement. In this role, you will develop and implement marketing initiatives, manage client relationships, and promote our services to healthcare providers and prospective clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our reach and strengthening our reputation as a trusted provider of home care services.

The Marketing Specialist will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive client acquisition, increase brand awareness, and strengthen our presence throughout the Houston area. The ideal candidate is passionate about community engagement and has experience in healthcare or service-based marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the Houston market
• Identify target audiences and create campaigns that generate qualified leads
• Track campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI

Community Outreach & Relationship Building

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, and physician offices
• Represent Called to Elderly Care, LLC at local events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
• Establish partnerships that increase referrals and brand visibility

Lead Generation & CRM Management

• Track and manage leads using CRM systems
• Collaborate with intake and administrative teams to convert leads into clients
• Provide regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and marketing performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of marketing experience (healthcare or home care industry strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media platforms
• Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and build referral relationships
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM systems, email platforms, analytics tools)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in home care, senior services, or healthcare marketing
• Knowledge of the Houston healthcare market and referral network
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Familiarity with healthcare marketing compliance and HIPAA considerations
