Job Purpose
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and managing a variety of marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at promoting Abou Ghaly Motors' automotive brands. This role will leverage both traditional and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support sales objectives.
Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and Social Media content.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends to refine marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to produce promotional content and ensure consistent messaging.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the planning and execution of brand events, launches, and promotions.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain an organized database of marketing materials and track budgets for campaigns.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and graphic design software is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for the automotive industry.
