Helion Technologies is one of the nation’s fastest-growing IT Managed Service Providers, helping automotive and heavy-truck dealerships run smarter and more securely. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who loves diving into the details, taking ownership, and making things happen.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for HubSpot and website management — building, optimizing, and maintaining the systems that power our growth. You’ll collaborate closely with our VP of Marketing, contributing ideas, executing campaigns, and driving results in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub — including workflows, automations, lists, landing pages, and reporting.
  • Oversee all aspects of our WordPress website — from content updates and page creation to plug-in management, SEO optimization, and site performance monitoring.
  • Develop, execute, and track inbound marketing campaigns across email, web, and digital channels.
  • Create and maintain dashboards that track key performance metrics for Sales and Marketing.
  • Implement and refine lead scoring, forms, and automations to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Leverage SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and site engagement.
  • P.artner with Sales and leadership to support account-based marketing efforts.
  • Experiment, test, and iterate — you enjoy optimizing every step of the funnel

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B or tech environment.
  • Advanced HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub expertise (certifications a plus).
  • Strong WordPress skills — you’re comfortable updating content, managing plug-ins, troubleshooting issues, and improving user experience.
  • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, startup-like environments and takes pride in ownership.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with IT services, MSPs, or automotive industries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
