Position Responsibilities
- Create SEO-optimized website, blog, and e-commerce content designed to attract qualified visitors and support lead conversion.
- Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, usability, and alignment with SEO best practices.
- Support lead funnels by assisting with landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor website performance and engagement metrics and help identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to understand prospect needs, conversations, and buying signals.
- Research leads, accounts, and industry trends to provide insight that strengthens sales outreach and follow-up.
- Document lead intelligence, campaign activity, and insights within Marketing Cloud to support alignment between teams.
- Develop and maintain sales support materials such as templates, content outlines, and reference tools.
- Support marketing campaigns and events, including trade shows, food shows, golf outings, and company meetings.
- Provide peer editing support to ensure content meets brand, clarity, and quality standards.
- Stay current on industry trends, SEO practices, and website UX, sharing insights with Marketing and Sales teams.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred (Associate’s degree with equivalent experience considered).
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, SEO, research, and event support within a marketing team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to brand voice and clarity.
- Experience monitoring websites, e-commerce platforms, and SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable working in a Windows-based PC environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow marketing knowledge and strategic skills.
Physical & Work Requirements
- Primarily office-based work with regular computer use.
- Ability to attend and support occasional marketing events, which may require standing, lifting light materials, or extended hours.
- Occasional local travel (less than 10%) for events, vendor visits, or meetings.
