Marketing Specialist (pharmaceutical/ biopharmaceutical industry)

Responsibilities:

• Excellent employment opportunity for a Marketing Specialist II in the Foster City, CA area (REMOTE).
• Description: GCL&D Marketing Training Support
• Assist in Company's efforts to grow marketing excellence across the global organization by contributing to the following initiatives:
• Marketing competencies, including finalization for end-user utilization (e.g. PDF document, digital technology), rollout to entire organization, and collation and analysis of data
• Marketing Excellence Workshop, including design, development and execution
• Marketing Learning Academy, including design and initial development of a full curriculum of e-learning modules
• Project management, including scheduling meetings and recording action items, developing and executing communication plans, tracking project progress and timelines
• Help with content, including strategic design as well as creation and proofing

Experience:

• Required Degree or Certification: BA/BS, advanced degrees encouraged
• Required Years of Experience: 5+ years
• The successful candidate will be an experienced individual with marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
• They must have the proven ability to manage complex projects effectively
• Learning and development experience encouraged
• Experience in a highly matrixed, global organization with strong collaboration skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $53.00 per hour
