About the Client

Our client is an ambitious, growth-oriented consultancy based in Denmark. They work with international clients and focus on scalable growth through strong branding, high-performing advertising, and conversion-focused digital experiences. They are looking for a designer-led marketing specialist who can own paid acquisition channels while crafting high-converting visual and web experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end
• Design high-converting ad creatives, visuals, and layouts aligned with brand guidelines
• Own the design and optimization of landing pages and website sections
• Apply CRO principles to improve funnels, engagement, and lead generation
• Collaborate on messaging, layouts, and visual hierarchy to maximize conversions
• Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and funnels
• Monitor performance, budgets, ROAS, and key KPIs
• Implement and manage tracking, pixels, conversion events, and tags
• Analyze data and translate insights into design and campaign improvements
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives
• Proactively suggest improvements to creative, UX, funnels, and workflows

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing with a strong design background
• Proven experience as a designer (web, landing pages, or marketing design)
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Solid understanding of CRO, UX/UI, and conversion-focused design
• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and branding
• Experience creating ad creatives, banners, and visual assets
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect performance data to design decisions
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Prior experience working with EU or international clients is a plus
