Marketing Specialist
This role exists to strengthen TrakMotive’s brand presence across North America in the automotive aftermarket by delivering high-quality marketing that supports product launches, retailer programs, and industry engagement. The Marketing Specialist plays a central role in shaping how our brands are seen and experienced through trade shows, print collateral, partnerships, and retail initiatives, while also contributing to digital channels that extend the reach and impact of that work. By ensuring consistent, professional execution across both traditional and digital touchpoints, this position directly supports sales growth, brand credibility, and customer confidence. This role offers meaningful ownership, creative influence, and the opportunity to grow alongside TrakMotive as our portfolio and market presence continue to expand.

What you’ll do
  • Lead the development and execution of traditional marketing initiatives that strengthen TrakMotive’s brand presence across trade publications, trade shows, retail environments, and industry partnerships.
  • Manage the creation and production of print collateral, packaging, promotional items, and sales enablement materials that support product launches and retailer programs.
  • Serve as the in-house graphic design resource, building professional, brand-aligned creative assets for print, events, retail displays, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate and support trade shows, events, and sponsorships, ensuring TrakMotive delivers a consistent, high-quality brand experience across all in-person industry touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain a centralized marketing asset library, enabling sales, product, and leadership teams to efficiently access accurate and up-to-date materials.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product management, sales, and operations to translate technical product advantages into clear, compelling visual communications.
  • Oversee external creative partners, photographers, and vendors to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Support retail and private label marketing programs by developing branded assets that enhance product visibility and sell-through.
  • Support digital marketing efforts by adapting traditional creative assets for use across web, email, and social channels, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Maintain, update & organize marketing assets, ensuring materials are accessible, accurate, and aligned with current product and brand messaging across all supported regions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B or retail marketing
  • Experience coordinating trade shows or large-scale events.
  • Familiarity with print production processes and vendor management.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Nice to Haves
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish.
  • Trade show/exhibition experience.
  • Print and promotional item production and procurement experience.
  • Automotive aftermarket experience is a plus but not required.
  • B2B experience is preferred.

Physical Demands & Requirements
Physical Effort: Occasional to frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs. Position involves a combination of stationary work and frequent movement throughout the facility and across multiple levels.
