Position: Marketing Staff
Type: Field Marketing
Location:Office No.04, MB City Mall, I-8 Markaz, Islamabad
Compensation: 25k + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to promote company products/services.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Distribute marketing materials and gather customer feedback.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/marketing targets.
• Provide daily activity and progress reports to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Willing to travel locally for marketing campaigns.
• Previous marketing/sales experience will be an advantage (not mandatory).
