In a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we are opening an opportunity for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join us as Marketing Staff. In this role, you will be directly involved in supporting the implementation of marketing programs and promotional activities, assisting in market research and consumer analysis, and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of various marketing initiatives. You will also be encouraged to contribute creative ideas to strengthen brand awareness and consumer engagement, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the world of FMCG marketing.

The Successful Applicants:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing or consumer goods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Support the marketing team with market research, data collection, and competitor analysis.
• Help manage social media content and digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Provide administrative and operational support for daily marketing activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
