Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital and traditional marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (social media, PPC, SEO, email, content marketing, display ads).
  • Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform strategy.
  • Define customer personas, value propositions, and messaging for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create compelling marketing assets.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Present marketing strategies and performance reports to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy, or brand management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
